We currently ship to the US and Canada. Interested in our products, but live somewhere else? Shoot us an email and where you live we'll get in touch when shipping becomes available in your area.
We do not ship to PO boxes outside of Canada.
What are your Shipping Rates?
Free trackable shipping on orders $100+
$19 flat fee for trackable shipping on orders under $100
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of Canadian holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. During the holiday season (Nov/Dec), please allow 3-4 days for processing due to the volume of orders during this time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our Noots Merch collection, these items may take 1-3 days longer to ship.
When will I get my order?
Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada.
Deliveries to the United States can be expected within 5-7 business days.
Deliveries within Canada can be expected within 2-5 business days.
Note: Due to the custom nature of our Noots Merch collection, you can typically expect delivery within 5-10 days.
Can I make a change?
If you need to change your shipping address or make a change to your order, please email us.
Returns & Exchanges
We've made it our mission to design products both you and your pet can love. That being said, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will initiate a free exchange for you as long as it's within 14 days of your delivery. Kindly send us an email with photos to help us understand the issue.
If you have any issues with your item after the 14-day period please get in touch with us and we will do our best to make it right!
Note, due to the custom nature of our Noots merch collection, we cannot offer exchanges on size. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Items missing original packaging or that have been used or damaged may not be accepted. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges and we will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.
